When the facts change,
can you defend the answer?
Insurance 103 · Applied coverage workshops
Work through changing facts, interacting contracts, and competing coverage answers. Develop recommendations you can explain and support.
About the course.
Insurance 103 is where the clean answer meets the messy account. Work through changing facts, overlapping promises, contracts, documents, and timing to see how an apparently familiar loss can lead to a different coverage question.
These planned workshops ask you to explain the reasoning behind a recommendation, identify what the available information does not establish, and decide what to verify next. The aim is judgment you can use in a real commercial insurance conversation, not a memorized answer.
