This notice explains how Total Producer Academy, LLC handles information when you use the Total Producer website, request the book companion, or sign up for Academy news. For privacy questions, contact parker@totalproducer.com.
Information you provide
Our signup forms collect the name and email address you enter, along with any preferences requested on the form. If you contact us, we receive your message and contact information. Please do not send client policy documents, claim files, payment information, or other confidential client information through a general signup or email inquiry.
How information is used
We use signup information to provide the updates you request, manage your preferences, and answer inquiries. The Academy launch-update form is a subscription to course news, training content, and launch offers; it does not enroll you in a course. Book companion registration collects your first name, last name, and email address to create or update your Kajabi contact record and provide access to the guide. Marketing permission is a separate, optional choice; declining it does not prevent resource access. Leaving that choice unchecked does not change an existing marketing subscription. We keep private records of the choices and terms version submitted with a resource request to operate the service and document those choices.
Services that support the site
Netlify hosts the public website, the companion PDF, and the resource-registration service. Kajabi processes Academy signup forms and maintains the contact records associated with course-interest and companion registrations. Zoho Mail supports business email and sends companion-access messages. Resource access is separate from marketing subscriptions. These providers process information as part of delivering their services. Hosting and form providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser information, request logs, and submission time for delivery, security, and service operation.
Cookies and third-party pages
The current public site does not include a Total Producer advertising pixel. Embedded Kajabi forms and pages you visit on other services may use cookies or similar technology under their own policies. Your browser settings can control cookies, although restricting them may affect forms or sign-in. Links to Amazon and other services take you to sites with their own privacy and purchase policies. We do not collect your Amazon payment details on this website.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, Total Producer Academy, LLC uses Google Analytics to understand visits to this website, clicks on the book link, and completed companion registrations. Analytics may use cookies and process technical information such as browser and device characteristics and approximate location. We do not send your name, email address, form responses, or client information to Google Analytics.
Analytics is optional. Declining it does not prevent access to the website or companion guide and does not change your email preferences. Change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Changing your choice stops future collection by this website’s Analytics tag; it does not automatically remove information previously collected. Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in an email. You can also contact parker@totalproducer.com to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop marketing to you. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, or handling an outstanding request.
Retention and security
Information is retained as needed for the purposes described here and applicable recordkeeping obligations. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. This site is intended for an adult professional audience and is not directed to children.
