Total Producer Academy, LLC (“Total Producer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and provides Total Producer educational products and resources for commercial property and casualty insurance professionals. These terms apply to this public website and its free reader resources, including the book companion guide. They do not replace the purchase and access terms that will apply to any future paid Academy course.
Education and professional judgment
Website content, book excerpts, videos, examples, and course descriptions are for general education. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or individualized insurance advice and do not establish an adviser-client relationship.
Examples simplify facts for teaching. Actual coverage depends on the complete policy, endorsements, facts of the loss, applicable law, and the insurer’s coverage determination. Do not rely on an example, excerpt, or summary as a substitute for reviewing the actual documents or obtaining appropriate professional advice. No example promises that a claim will be covered.
Digital Ambassadors and AI-generated presenters
Some Total Producer videos and educational materials use Digital Ambassadors: AI-generated or digitally animated presenters, which may include synthetic voices. These presentations are not necessarily recordings of a person speaking on camera. A presenter’s appearance or voice does not, by itself, establish professional credentials, personal experience, or an independent endorsement.
Digital presentation does not change the educational purpose or limitations of the material. Apply your own professional judgment, review original policy language and current sources, and obtain qualified advice for actual client situations. Any disclosure accompanying a particular presentation provides additional context about that presentation.
Course availability and results
The book and Academy courses are separate products. Courses marked “coming soon” or “in development” are not open for enrollment. Planned curriculum, prices, and release timing may change before launch. Joining an update list is not enrollment, a purchase, or a guarantee of priority access.
Educational participation does not guarantee sales, income, business results, licensure, or professional certification. Do not assume any course qualifies for continuing-education credit unless that credit is expressly stated for the relevant jurisdiction.

Registration for the companion does not include course enrollment or coaching services.

Book purchases linked from this site take place on Amazon and are subject to the terms shown there. Any future course purchase will display the applicable price, access, and purchase terms before checkout. These website terms do not create an unannounced refund policy or course-access promise.
